Re: Racquetballs, Brains, and Mr. Burns...
Neurology related: Why is it that some people are prone to getting songs stuck in their head, while others are seemingly immune? Ok maybe thats not exactly neurological, but thats my question

Re: Racquetballs, Brains, and Mr. Burns...
I always get songs I really don't like stuck in my head. I'm looking forward to the Harry Shearer. I like the voices he does for the Simpsons (I've been a fan since the Tracy Ullman days for the record) but I think I like him even more for the characters he has played in all those Christopher Guest movies (This is Spinal Tap, A Mighty Wind etc.). i don't know what circumstances you will be interviewing him in but questions along those lines would be cool.

Ya think workmans comp would cover pain & suffering caused by Boaz getting the Fraggle Rock Theme stuck in my head?

Re: Racquetballs, Brains, and Mr. Burns...
I have a cure for it: go to Kate's site and listen to the Water Buffalo Song.

Well, it's either that or Good King Wenceslas. Take your pick.

Well, it'd be easier for that to get stuck if I knew the language. thanks for sharing, Boaz! As you know, I LOVE the Muppets!

Great interview, who else but Groupee Boaz could bring us Clooney and Pitt at the same time!

Re: Bones: Behind the Scenes
My wife is absolutely nuts about David Boreanaz!! She gets his calendar every year and hangs it in the bedroom, (don't know what she is trying to hint at). She has every episode of Angel and is working on Bones now so this is pretty neat, More please!!

Re: Bones: Behind the Scenes
A co-worker of mine a few years back was madly in love with David, too. Don't tell your wife! I thought of her when I saw this interview, lol.

Re: George Clooney
Cool...I think you were in the right place at the right time...Clooney and Pitt...Clooney seems really relaxed in an interview setting, many stars are not able to carry on a conversation without a script. Thank, Boaz, for this one. Well done!

Re: George Clooney
Thanks! I think it would be fair to say that George Clooney is the most charming man I have ever met.

Wow! It's like "Where's Waldo?"! Actually, I didn't even need your captions to find you.... How exciting for you! I'm sure your on the verge of being signed as a soap star. Well, actually...you are WAY too upbeat for a soap star. I'm pretty sure that soap opera actors don't skip through the office.

I can't wait for the "E-True Hollywood Story: Boaz, Hooked On Kazoos". Have they started filming yet?

It is a horrible addiction, but I'm still waiting for someone to open up a kazoo rehab facility...

Re: I'm a TV star! Well, sort of...
i'm hoping that somewhere in the background we will see the image of you giving someone a 'high five'... it would be a shame for them to have the world champion on and not allow him to show his stuff!

Re: I'm a TV star! Well, sort of...
I hope someone will Tivo (or otherwise record) this and share it so that we can watch you in action. Do you know if you can download episodes from somewhere?

Re: I'm a TV star! Well, sort of...
Very exciting...but I think you should carry a kazoo in your pocket (just in case) and like Bob said, a high-five should be included somewhere .

Re: I'm a TV star! Well, sort of...
You're living one of my dreams Boaz. I've tried to get in on some of the rare productions that takes place here in St Louis but they have always expected you to have at least 16 hours out of a day to spare. I never have that kind of time. Plus there's probably not a big need for guy rooting through dumpster or guy laying in gutter i could do those.

Re: I'm a TV star! Well, sort of...
Oh, surely! I see PLENTY of TV with guys laying in the gutter and rooting through the dumpsters. You must be asking in the wrong places, Doug.

Re: I'm a TV star! Well, sort of...
Ok, so my tivo has been notified of the Boaz appearances and directed to record said shows...BTW, I usually never was these shows but will make an exception for the cause! Last night, we were watching Pushing Daisies , a rather unusual new show with some humor and thought we saw Boaz walk past a window. Was that you, Boaz? Should we start looking for you everywhere?

Re: I'm a TV star! Well, sort of...
As far as I know, I'm not on any other television shows... Are there other Boazs out there? That's a scary thought.... And thanks for TIVOing me!

Re: I'm a TV star! Well, sort of...
Well Boaz when you are rich and famous and have you own TV chatshow ("Between Boaz and Me", BBAM perhaps ) I will have my little claim to have known you.. I have a Kazoo. Thanks a lot!!

Re: One Strike- You're Out!
Interview the strikers... I knew nothing about this!! As a dedicated Sci Fi fan I would like to see some interviews that fit into that category (ignore me if you wish, see if I care, where did I put my voodoo doll of Boaz?)

Re: One Strike- You're Out!
Let me restate. I initially tried to find the interview for SuBe because I remembered watching it. I couldn't find it, having forgot that it was on a different site. Then Ted posted the link, at which point I thanked him. That was wasn't made very clear in the original exchange. I thought you all could read my mind.

Re: One Strike- You're Out!
Strikes are a tough time for all involved. I've been on strike. It got me what I enjoy today, which is being able to work for 30 years and have a nice retirement. If we had never walked the picket line for 82 days in 1970, I would still be working until I would be 67 years old. "You can never regain what you lose in a strike!", I've heard, but you also can get stuff you never thought would be possible too!

Re: One Strike- You're Out!
Correct Dave so long as strikes are used as an absolute last resort. There was a time when our union was run by militants and they wanted us out at the drop of a hat. They were voted out in the end and we now have a more moderate union who use debate and alternative methods to achieve our rights. It was by dialog alone that we secured and kept our right to retire from the government at 60 and not 65. (Thats just for us oldies though). Ahh 7 years to go Sooner if I'm lucky!
